Head to your admin menu located at the right top of your screen.

Here, you will find a list of the default templates already available for you, including a consent template. If you wish to use this template, make sure you customize it to meet the needs of your practice, by clicking on the pencil icon.

If you want to create a new consent template, just click on "Create Consent Template.

Once a new template is created, you are set!



It would be automatically available as part of your entry templates in all your client case files.

That's it! you can now select the template you need and start collecting consent for care from all your clients!
