How to Delete an LTB Form from Form History?

Go to **"Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the left navigation

Click on "**Tenant**" under "Tenant Management" dropdown

Click on the "**Search**" field to search for the name of the Tenant

Click on "**View Details"** icon with the "**Arrow**" sign of the chosen Tenant

Click on the "**Forms**" dropdown on the middle-right side of the screen beside "Report" section

You will see the forms that has been integrated into the system. Now click on "**VIEW HISTORY"**

You will see the **List of Form** that has been served in the screen. Click on the Empty Box Field with a **"Delete Reason**" option beside it . **Under any form** that you would like to **Delete**

Then type in the **reason** on that Empty Box Field

Click on the "**Trash**" Icon on the end portion of the "**Delete Reason**" option
