Navigate to [https://companyon.app/home](https://companyon.app/home)

Select the client you would like to document care via your clients' admin module locate to the left of your screen.

Once in the client's timeline, by selecting the "Medical Record" tab, you will find the area where electronic documentation takes place.

By selecting the "add new entry" tab, you will have access to specialized chart templates, and any template you create to document care. Just select the template you would like to document on to start recording care.

You can also send online forms to streamline your processes.

That allows you to request/collect in advance of care information such as screening tools, intake forms, demographic information, and consent for care from your client.*Note that you need to activate online services before you can use this feature.
