Head to Forms/Documents >> Customer Forms

Click "Details" next to the form you want to update

Edit the "Name*" field if you need to change the Form's name.

If you need to edit which registrations the Form gets triggered for, select one of the options and adjust as needed.

If you need to edit which memberships the Form gets triggered for, select one of the options and adjust as needed. 

If you need to edit the resubmission settings, choose "No" to turn them off or "Yes" if you want to turn them on or edit your current resubmission period.
