First open GLFR, and tap on the sidemenu in the top left corner.

Under **User Info** you can change your GLFR profil image, your public name, and your email address.

In **Other Details** you can change personal info.

Under **Golf Preferences** you can change your *Home club* your favorit tee-distance and you're handicap.\

**We HIGHLY recommend inserting your favorit tee-distance**. This will spare you a lot of work in the future. If you're not sure what to write, a good advice is to choose the tee-distance you usually play from at your home club.
