If you haven't already done so, you will need to update your settings in Zendesk to allow this kind of HTML content. Follow the steps below, based on this Zendesk help article: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015895948-Allowing-unsafe-HTML-in-articles

Add an article by clicking "Add" and then "Article"

Paste in the embed code and confirm by clicking "Link"

Your Scribe is now embedded! Click left or right to navigate through each step and on the image to open the actual Scribe.

Anytime you make updates to the Scribe, they'll automatically update in Zendesk as well! 🎉
