Click on "Temporary Routing." Enabling temporary routing will route all the calls received on the tracking numbers in the current group to the below-set configuration. Temporary route settings should be disabled to restore the original route configuration.

Currently, we only provide the option to set temporary routing to send calls straight to voicemail.

Enabling temporary routing will route all the calls received on the tracking numbers in the current group to below set configuration. Please note that tracking numbers added after enabling this option will not follow the settings. To include new tracking numbers, please disable and enable Temporary Routing again.

Please make sure to disable temporary route settings to restore the original route configuration.
