Navigate to the loan in your "Pipeline" and click on the loan number

Click "Edit" in the top right corner of the screen

Click the "arrow" next to the newly added REO

You can use the "Search" feature to begin typing in the address for the REO and select from the list OR manually enter the Street, City, State and Zip Code of the REO.

Select the "Occupancy" as **"Investment"**

Ensure the "Subject Property" toggle is set to **"no"**

Enter the expenses ( HOA, Ins & tax) as applicable

Update the "Occupancy Rate" as applicable

The "Net Rental Income" will auto calculate. Click the "pad lock" icon

Click "Save" in the top right corner of the screen

Click on the "arrow" next to the "DTI" on the top of the screen

If the "Net Rental is positive, it will be added as income in the DTI calculation. If the "Net Rental is negative, it will be added as an expense in the DTI calculation.
