Visit the website en.almamater.si. Select "STUDO in FLOW" in the "Students and Alumni" menu.

Click on "Lecture summary submission form".

A window will open with a form for submitting a lecture summary.

You can download the completed form to your computer and name it accordingly (student_ID_name_predmeta.pdf) by clicking on the arrow.

Visit the FLOW web interface (VIS&gt;FLOW) Click on the activity for which you want to submit a request for attendance.

Click "NOT PRESENT" and "MAKE ATTANDENCE REQUEST"

Enter the reason why you did not check-in your presence via QR code. Find the written summary in PDF format and upload it (the file should be named student_ID_subject_name.pdf).

Submit your request by clicking "SEND REQUEST"

Success! You submitted a request for recognition of attendance.
