Since student positions can begin at any time, and change between the academic year (AY) and summer (SU) In time entry, students are required to "Browse" for that new position code at the start of each timeframe. Please log in to your timesheet, and click the plus sign + for the date:

To find your position code for the first time, click the dropdown arrow under the "Position" column. If the position isn't visible, click the down arrow, and click on "Browse" to find it. Academic year codes begin with AY and summer codes begin with SU.

This will open the "Browse and Select" box. Find the correct position's description on the right and click the bubble to the left to select it. In this example, we chose the "Student Athletic Events Assistant", aka "AYATHEVE". You're then back at your timesheet to enter time worked for that day.
