How to get a replacement ID

Please note: staff do not need to pay for replacement IDs, and students who bring their old card do not need to pay for a new one. You will still need to come to the Service Desk to receive a replacement. Card access updates begin every 4 hours at 8am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm, and 12am. For example, a replacement ID made at 7pm won't update until 8pm. Card access updates can take 10 to 20 minutes to complete.

To pay for a replacement ID, begin by navigating to <https://www.maritime.edu/> Alternatively, you can select the following link and skip to Step 5: <https://self-service.maritime.edu/Student>

Click the hamburger button on the top left.

Click "Current Students" under "Resources for"

Click "Self Service"

Click "Student Finance"

Scroll down and click "View all" by "Available items"

Scroll down to "Replacement ID Card" and click "View details"

Click "Add to payment"

Click "Pay now"

Scroll down and select "Checkout"

Complete checkout process and bring the receipt to the front desk in the library. Paying with a credit card results in an extra $3 charge. When you first use your new ID at a printer, it will prompt you to login with your username and password. After that initial login, you will not need to type your login information again.
