Schedules one-on-one meetings with a specific team member.

Click the "my-calendar" field and type in a unique calendar URL of your choosing.

Select the days you'll be taking appointments.

Select the times you'll be taking appointments.

Click "Confirm" to save these settings. 

Note: These configurations can be changed at any time.

Select the Gmail account you'd like to use for the appointments set by RipDrip-AI.

Go back to "Calendars" tab and Click "Connections"

Pay attention to any system notes in this area. Sometimes, it may take a few hours to integrate your calendar successfully. The system will notify you if there is a wait required.

Events from the linked calendar are synced as blocked slots, and no contacts are created for the guests.

Click "Availability" to configure your working hours.

Ensure that all the days and times that you're planning to work are outlined in this page.

Click "Save Availability" (These settings can be changed any time)

NOTE: RipDrip-AI will NOT be able to correctly access your calendar to set appointments without this last step.
