You can automatically generate an invoice in 2 different ways via the calendar by selecting the appointment you want the fees to be invoiced.

One way is by checking the appointment you want the invoice to be issued for.

or by generating the invoice directly from the appointment window.

Use this feature to generate invoice in case you need it prior to checking client in. Note that if the appointment is cancelled, the invoice created will remain active.
Generate Invoice

You can see a preview of the invoice generated by clicking on the "Invoice" tab.

You can also send a copy of the invoice generated to the client via email, by clicking on the envelop icon.

And you can even process the payment of the invoice directly from the appointment window, by clicking on the "Pay" tab.

You will be able to select the payment method and process the payment.

The other way you can generate an invoice is by doing it manually. Just head to the invoice admin module located in the main menu.

From there you will be able to add the services or products you want in your invoice.

Once the invoice is generated, you can also process it directly from the invoice module. Just select the invoice you want to process.

Select the payment method and process the payment. Note that every time you process an invoice, proof of payment will be sent automatically to the client via email as long as you enable electronic communication in their profile. You can re-send the receipt by heading to the payments module and selecting the proper receipt.
