Here we have two processes in our workspace.

We would like to link the "Prepare new employees arrival" whatbox to  whatbox in another process.

We would like to link the whatbox mentioned to this "Apply permanent changes to payroll and check NI" whatbox. So that when we click the previous whatbox it will take us to the whatbox in this process.

To start, navigate to the process you wish to add the link to and open it.

Double click the whatbox you wish to add a link to in order to open and edit the text.

Highlight either a section of the text or the entire text that you wish to add a link to. Click the "link" icon to open the "Insert link" window.

Here you will see the "Insert link" window. This lets you link to many different formats.

In the "Select Process" window, find the process you wish to link to. In this case I will select "Payroll Process (Process)".

In the "Select Box" window, click the whatbox you wish to link to from the process.  In this case I will select "Apply permanent changes to payroll and check NI (Whatbox)".

If that whatbox has a detailed view you can check the "Enter detail" option so that it opens the detailed view inside of the whatbox.

You can check the "Open link in new tab?" option if you wish for the link to open in a new tab when clicked.

You will now have a link on your whatbox that when clicked, takes you to a box in another process! Make sure to exit Edit mode to test and click the link.
