Please locate the appropriate building/age group/classroom option of the child you are submitting payment for in order to start the process.

Click this dropdown and select the monthly tuition rate that applies to your payment. Reference the rate listed on your Procare invoice/s to ensure the correct amount is selected.

$715 - AGI equal or less than $60,000
$790 - AGI equal or more than $60,001
$845 - Unaffiliated Rate

Click the "Quantity:" field and enter the number of months you are submitting tuition payments for. For example:  Enter 2 if you are paying for October and November invoices. 

Click the "Month(s) and Year(s) Paying For" field and enter the required details. For example: type "October and November 2023".

Click the "Child's Full Name" field and enter the required information.

The "Special Instructions or Comments" field is not required. Use this field to share helpful information with the person processing the payment if needed.

Click "Continue".  This directs you to your cart which lists a summary of payments you submitted information for so far.

Click "Continue Shopping" and repeat steps 5 - 12 to add tuition payments for an **additional child** to your cart.

When payments for all children are in the cart, Click "Checkout"

Select the "Email" field and enter the address that you want payment confirmation details to be sent to then click "Continue".

Enter all of the required payment information for the credit card you using (Type of Card, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code, & Billing Address Info).

Payment requests must be submitted for one child at a time. If you're paying for MULTIPLE CHILDREN, please provide payment information for one child at a time.  Your cart will have a separate item/line listed for each child.
