Navigate to [login.myocchealthrecord.com](http://login.myocchealthrecord.com)

Click on the "Pre Employment" module from the side menu and then click "Track Pre Employments" tab

At the top of the screen, there is a dynamic table called "Attention Required". This table will only be visible when there are items that need your attention and action. This includes when candidates "Withdraw", "DNA" - did not attend an appointment OR booking requests are "Rejected" by a provider.

If you would like to Rebook a candidate, click on the "Rebook" button.

Review the booking details and click "Rebook" to send the booking request back to your selected Provider to organise another appointment.

If you don't want to rebook a candidate who DNA'd a previous appointment, click on the arrow next to "Rebook" and click "Cancel". Same rules apply for a candidate that has been marked as "Withdrawn", click on the arrow next to "Rebook" and click "Clear".

Tip! Any candidates who are cancelled are not deleted from the platform. You can find these records in a table at the bottom of the "Completed Assessments" tab.
