How to manage User Groups

This guide shows how to assign or remove user groups from the Users screen so administrators can control access and roles.

Only Users with the administrator role assigned can view Users & Groups

Administrator allows all views "Users & Groups"

On the users screen click "Edit Groups" link

This will display the following screen

To add a group click on the Plus icon

Click the blue box under "Group Name"

Chose the group from the dropdown (this can be from the Pre-set Groups or Manually Created Groups, see [How to create new Groups ](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Update_User_Group_Permissions__PL0_NaepT8m2IRN4wntCkA?mode=edit))

To remove a group, first select the row you wish to remove.

Click the minus button.

Click "Save User Groups"
