Navigate to the [wallet section](https://dashboard.crankk.io/wallets) of your User Dasboard and click the three dot menu  **⋮**  next to the wallet you want to rename.

Type your preferred Nickname and hit "Update" ✔️

*We choose to call our wallet 'Showcase wallet'.*

Go ahead and give friendly names to all your wallets. It will help you select the correct one whenever needed in the future.

ℹ️ Friendly wallet names are shown in the User Dashboard & in the Crankk app! *Third party wallets will not show the friendly name. It is not stored on the blockchain.*

Wallets in your User Dashboard are by default shown by their public wallet addresses. It is however possible to rename your wallets and give them a friendly name or easy to recognise 'nickname'. Personalisation of your wallets can help you organise multiple wallets and will allow you to identify your wallets in a glance. Nicknames are displayed in both the Crankk User Dashboard and in the Crankk Mobile App.
