You can process a payment with CompanyOn via the calendar when you generate an invoice for the service(s) you offer.

One way is by checking the appointment you want the invoice to be issued for.

or by generating the invoice directly from the appointment window.

Use this feature to generate invoice in case you need it prior to checking client in. Note that if the appointment is cancelled, the invoice created will remain active.

You can have a preview of the invoice generated.

Send a copy of the invoice to the client via email.

And process the invoice directly from the appointment window.

You will be able to select the payment method and process the invoice.

The other is by processing it directly from the invoice module. Just select the invoice you want to process.

Select the payment method and process the invoice. Note that every time you process an invoice, proof of payment will be sent automatically to the client via email as long as you enable electronic communication in their profile.

Every invoice that is processed, becomes a receipt and it is found in the payments module.

To see/print a copy of the receipt that was generated, just click on the PDF icon.

To resend a copy of a receipt, just click on the envelope icon.
