The reset password and forgot user name functions the exact same on all Eastern Engineering plan room portals.

REMEMBER, your login information could be different based on the portal you are trying to log in to.

Click "Reset Password or Recover User Name"

Click "Reset" and the plan room will send you an email to reset your password.

If you do not remember your user name you can scroll down and Click "Email Address:" in the area for "Recover User Name"

Click "Recover" and your user name will be sent to you by the plan room in an email.
