If SilverFast is currently running, quit SilverFast by CMD + Q (Mac) or CTRL + Q (Win).

Click "Software Reset " in the Support section

A word of caution:
Clicking "OK" in the next step will reset SilverFast to factory defaults, all previous settings will be removed.

SilverFast will start with a fresh prescan area.

Just click "Prescan" and continue scanning with a fresh prescan area 🏆
