Ensure you have a successful credit report in the file. If not, AUS will run and pull credit for your borrower(s) automatically.

Choose your contact either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

If you are merging the credit report for the first run the default choice will be underwriting with merge credit.

Do not enter a casefile ID upon the first AUS run. Fannie and Freddie will provide one for you automatically.

Click "Credit Report Provider" and ensure you are running the proper credit vendor for the credit report you have pulled.

Click "Use Credentials" here users can check and ensure the proper credentials are being used that coincide with the credentials used to pull credit.

Choose Yes for Soft Pull Credentials IF you wish to run AUS with a soft pull credit report.
