 OR one way (FollowUp to Foundation) is On

Make sure Project and Companies are turned on

Open the Project you'd like to send to Foundation

Change the status to Contract (Or any status that is set as contract in the backend)

New Lead
Bidding
Active Bid (within 1 month)
Hot Bid (within 2 weeks)
Cold Bid (within 6 months)
Contract
Dead
Business Development

Notice that the Job # field is greyed out as Custom Job # and Auto Generate is turned on in the backend. This will automatically populate once the project is created. (Custom Job # works only if all the job #s on Foundation are fully numeric)

Scroll down to Company info section to see the contact added to the project. If the contact is not on Foundation already, you will have an option to Push to Foundation. You can do this from the Project Screen, if you would like to push the contact to Foundation. If not, you can ignore it.

The contact automatically gets created on Foundation. (In this case, the custom customer number is auto-generated, as customer# + auto-generate is turned on in the settings. If only customer # is turned on in the settings, then you will be asked to enter a custom # before the customer is created on Foundation. It will then be created with the entered custom #. If custom customer # is not turned on in the settings, then the Company ID (from the URL) will be used as the customer #)

Now that the customer is on Foundation, you can check the radio button and Save the project to make sure this customer is linked to the Job being created on Foudnation

The Job gets created on Foundation. (In this case, the Job number is auto-generated, as Custom Job# + auto-generate is turned on in the settings. If only custom Job # is turned on in the settings, then you will be asked to enter a Job # before the customer is created on Foundation. It will then be created with the entered custom Job #. If custom Job # is not turned on in the settings, then the Project ID will be used as the Job #)
