You can send a copy of an invoice directly from the appointment window, via the calendar once you check in the appointment or generate the invoice.

By clicking on the envelopment icon, the option to send the invoice via email will be provided.  

The second way is by doing it directly from the invoice admin module. You can select the invoice to be sent and click on the envelop icon.
