Make sure that you have set up your Check-in times in the Booking Engine beforehand.

Click on the overall reservation drop-down to view the group reservation details, including the group ETA.

If you click the ETA dropdown here, you can select an arrival time for the entire booking (this will apply to every room in the reservation).

Once the guest clicks "Check-in Online," the reservation ETA will be updated.

Click here on the individual room to view the ETA per room in the reservation.

When a guest has checked-in, the status bar on the left of the room will turn blue.
