Enter all creds. Database Host and Database Port are required for Foundation On Premise (Whitelisting of FollowUp IPs and Port Forwarding are also required on the Foundation server for On Premise)

Select Project (Or Companies) to turn on Project Sync and click "Add" 

Click "Add Mapping" to add another mapping.

Select Companies and Click "Add" to turn on Company/Customer Sync

Click this button to change direction of Sync. The default sync is 2-way (Send info to Foundation and Sync from Foundation on the click of a button)

Foundation to FolowUp only allows syncing from Foundation on the click of a button

FollowUp to Foundation only sends info from FollowUp to Foundation when Projects change to contract status or when Company/Contact are created.

Turn the sync for Project or Companies on or off

Check this box if you would like to not send Companies/Contacts on create, to Foundation. In this case, companies and contacts can be pushed to Foundation at the click of a button, like Projects go to Foundation, only when status changes to Contract. You're now all set.
