VoIP is used by many sales members who want to place phone calls over an internet connection. Once this connection is set up you can call people directly via ZoomInfo Engage.

Navigate to https://engage-app.zoominfo.com/#/app/home-page/v2

Tip! The number that you provide ZoomInfo Engage is made up and does not require your actual phone number.

Click "Select a country"
Click "United States (+1)"
Click here.
Click the "Search" field.
Type "831"
Click here.
Click "Update"
