Click "Resident Portal" in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Enter in your email address and your password and click "Login"

Click "the down arrow" Next to your name on the right hand side of the screen.

Choose your payment method from "Account Type"

Click "Use Address on File" if it matches your banking information. If you have a different billing address enter in that information.

Click "Monthly" and Click "Day of Month" and choose 1.

If you want to enter in a max amount for a payment that may be taken out enter it under "Max Amount". If you don't then leave it blank.

Click "Start Date" and enter in the date you wish your automatic payments to start.

Click this checkbox acknowledging that a convenience fee may apply.

After Clicking "Save" You will see confirmation of your payment details. you can remove or change them at anytime simply by clicking "Change" or "Remove".

Once you have created your Resident Portal account, you can set up a Recurring Payment using your checking or savings account information.  This is the only method that does NOT charge a convenience fee every month.
