Click "Resident Portal" in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Enter in your email address and your password and click "Login"

Click "the down arrow" Next to your name on the right hand side of the screen.

Under Account Type Click "the down arrow"

Enter in your Credit Card number, Expiration Date and Cvv2

If your billing address is the same as the one on file you may click "Use Address on File". If it is not you will need to enter in your billing information.

You may choose a max amount if you would like to ensure that you are never charged more than a certain amount otherwise you may leave it blank. 

Click "Start Date" and choose the month and date you would like your automatic payments to start.

Click this checkbox to acknowledge that a convenience fee will apply when paying using a method other than ACH.

If you enter in an invaild card number you will get an error message and will need to re-enter the inforamtion again and click "Save"

After Clicking "Save" You will see confirmation of your payment details.  you can remove or change them at anytime simply by clicking "Change" or "Remove".

Once you have created your Resident Portal account, you can set up a Recurring Payment using your Credit Card or Debit card.  Please note that there is a convenience fee that you will be charged for using this method of payment each month.
