Click "Add a reminder" to create a new reminder.

Click into and fill the fields as required.

Click on "Add reminder" to save your reminder. And you are done. Your reminder will appear in the list of reminders.

Use the toggle button to turn the reminder on. When on, reminders will be sent to the customer.

Use the toggle button to turn the reminder off. When off, reminders will not be sent to the customer.

Click on this three dot Icon if you want to edit or delete a reminder.
