Before configuring your pre-stay reminder email settings, it is mandatory to set-up your pre-stay reminder email in the 'Document's module.

Navigate to 'Pre-stay reminder' and click "Add new document".

How to configure your pre-stay reminder email

It is completely up to you what you choose to place in either email. Your pre-stay email should be sent further away from the arrival date than your pre-stay reminder email.

We advise always including your online check-in link for easy early check-in and upsell opportunities.

You may also wish to share important last minute reminders in your pre-stay reminder email about stay details, instructions, or advise for the guest's stay at your hotel.

Click the "Pre-Stay Reminder" field to select the number of days prior to the guests date of arrival the email should automatically send.

Click "Only send pre-stay reminder when the guest has not checked-in online."if you would like to use the pre-stay reminder as a final request for the guest to check-in online.

For example, if the guest has still not checked in online 2 days before their arrival date, the pre-stay reminder will serve as a final request for guests to check-in to speed up their arrival process.

Click this dropdown to select a priority fallback for if the guest makes a reservation with too short a window to send both pre-stay emails.

Always select the email that has the most important information that a guest needs to have prior to beginning their stay at your hotel.
