You can change the title and description of your resource or you can use its existing title.

You can choose whether you want to use auto-submit or not. The standard option here is No.

If you use auto-submit, the student response to the resource will be directly shared with the workspace. You also have to create an assignment to which the workbook will be submitted.

You can choose whether you would like to allow you colleagues to use your resource on their workspace.

If they use your resource on their workspace, they will not be able to alter the original source. The standard option is No.

If you decide to make your resource available to others, you can choose between: any Workspace manager within your Region or everyone within the organisation.

You do not want to allow a user to complete a worksheet in ATLAS because it has limited functionality, so here you choose "No".

Click the "I have read this information and wish to continue" field.

Click "Continue".\

The Resource is now shared with the students in this Workspace.

Keep in mind that if you edit the original Resource, these changes are also reflected in the Resource that is shared with students. So be mindful when editing a Resource that is shared with students.

You will receive a warning when editing a Resource that is shared with students.

If you have many resources to share, you might want to look at "Create a Panel".

You can divide your resources into sections and decide **if and when** they will be visible to students.

When you navigate to Resources, there is a button with "Create a panel". \

You can give your resource panel a title. This title is visible to students.

You can choose to make the panel visible, hidden or you can choose a data range in which the resource panel will be visible.

If you choose "Data range" you are required to fill in the date from which the resources will be visible.

It is optional to add "Visible to".

Click Save to finish the creation of a Panel.

Via the "Add a new resource to" button, you can add the resources to a specific panel.

The shared template/form is now available in the list with Resources.

Click on the Resource to open it.

If you share an auto-submit resource, the student will first have to agree that their work is directly shared with ATLAS.

The student might have to give the template/form a title. This depends on the settings.

Save the Resource. It now becomes saved as an Asset in their Asset store.

The saved asset can be found in the Assets Store.

The student's answers to this form are now invisible to others, unless the student shares this Asset with others or unless it is an auto-submit resource.
