Click on the "Virtual stage settings" tab

Select for "Streaming type" the "Eventtia Studio"

On the day of the event click on "Access the Eventtia Studio" to go to the speakers view of the Eventtia Studio

Using Eventtia Studio the day of the event

Always remember to Allow microphone and camera before your streaming

You can turn on and off your camera an microphone at anytime

Click "Play test sound" to test the sound is working properly

Click "More" to check out other settings and change your displayed name

You can also select the language you prefer to see the Eventtia Studio options in "English", "Spanish" or "French"

When you have selected all the settings you should click on "Join" to go to the next screen

When you are alone in the studio, a message will appear recommending you to share your link for other speakers to join your streaming

We've noticed it's just you in the studio. Want to invite someone?

Click "Copy to clipboard" to share the link to "Eventtia Studio" with other speakers to join your streaming

You can chat with the other speakers without you audience knowing and send emojis

You have two views available "speaker view"

You can "mute" and "unmute" yourself when needed

Click "Copy to clipboard" to copy the link information for your other speaker to join

Click on "Go live" to start the streaming once you are ready to broadcast your streaming to the Virtual Stage for the participants to see

Click "Stop" at anytime to stop the streaming
