In the Overview page --&gt; Navigate to **Applications** link in the main menu.

Click on "Boilers & Pressure Vessels Inspection"

It opens the BPV Inspection Page and navigated to Instructions Tab

Validate following general tabs are available:

- Instructions
- Device Details
- Billing Customer
- Inspection Site
- Safety Measures
- Review
- Documents
- Fees

Read all the instructions thoroughly.

Select the TSSA Account Number for application submission and click on next.

The next tab is "Device Details".

Select any "One Inspection Type' from the following as per the requirement:

- BPV Installation Inspection
- Shop Fabrication
- Repair
- Alteration
- Welder/Brazer
- Other

We we explain all these "Inspection types" one by one is next steps:

The first Inspection Type is BPV Installation Inspection"

Select 'BPV Installation Inspection'

Click the dropdown and enter the "Number of Devices"

Click on "Is the request for inspection of an existing or new devices" and select from "Existing" or "New".

If you select "Existing" their will be an additional popped up field to add "Inventory Number".

Click on 'Please Select TSSAID/Inventory ID' field and select the data from the dropdown options

If you select "New" their will be an additional popped up field to add "CRN Number" and "Serial Number".

Enter "CRN Number" and "Serial Number" and Click on "Add" button.

Here you will see the record has been added.

The second "Inspection Type" is Shop Fabrication

Select "Shop Fabrication" and then choose from "Conventional" or "Nuclear"

The third "Inspection Type" is Repair.

Select "Repair" as the Inspection type and choose "Field Device Information" from the dropdown list.

The fourth Inspection Type is "Alteration"

Select "Alteration" as an inspection type and then select "TSSAID or Inventory ID/CRN Number" from the dropdown list.

The fifth "Inspection Type" is Welder/Brazer.

Select "Welder/Brazer" and click on "Number of Welder/Brazer Tickets:" field and enter the number"

For requests that do not apply to any of the above Inspection Types

The last "Inspection Type" is Other

Select "Other" and choose the types from the dropdown list.

If you choose "Special" you cannot select other types when Special is selected.

If you choose any other, you will be able to multi select.

After understanding about Inspection Types.

Fill the below details to choose "Preferred timing for Inspection"

Click on "Preferred Inspection Date" and enter the date.

Click on "Alternate Inspection Date" and add the date

Select "Service Priority" from Regular or Expedited

Click on "Name of Designated Inspector" and enter the name (Not Mandatory)

After filling the "Preferred Timing of Inspection" details, click on "Next" button to move to the next tab.

The next tab is "Billing Customer"

Select: Yes/No in "Is the Device Owner same as billing customer?"

If you select "No" their will be an additional field to fill "TSSA Third Party Accounts".

If you select "Yes" their is no additional field.

 'Billing Account Number' is populated with the TSSA Account Selected in the Instruction Tab.

Select Yes/No from the dropdown "Is special safety training required to access the site?"

If selected "Yes" their will be two additional fields:

1. Description of Safety Training/Protocols
2. Duration of Training

If selected "No" their is no additional field.

Click on next button to move to the next tab.

The next tab is "Review" to review all the mentioned information.

Verify All the sections are Displayed with the fields values entered in the portal pages.

Click on Print Form and validate that the print page is enabled to capture the Review Information.'
