The Xero subscriber is sent an email from [xero.com](http://xero.com) with a link to taking over the Xero subscription.

It should be in their in-tray from @[xero.com](http://xero.com). If not please check the spam/junk folder. If you could find it there, please contact [support@jetconvert.com](mailto:support@jetconvert.com) for us to resend it to you.

Log in to Xero or Create an account with Xero if you have not done so before.

If you already have a Xero account, click "Login to Xero Now"

If you DO NOT have a login or a password for Xero, click "Create your login now"

Fill in the details to create your account

Click the "I have read and I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice" field.

Hit "Create"

If you are creating a new account, the next step will be to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). You may need to log out of Xero and log back in before you are prompted to set this up.

Once this is completed you will be asked to select a plan for the transfer and enter your credit card or bank information so that Xero can take the monthly subscription, following the steps below:

Fill in the "Email address" & "Password" fields.

Select as a subscriber either for your practice or for yourself

Select the desired Xero plan and click "Continue to add-ons", if needed

Fill in the billing details then click "Continue to review & pay"
