Navigate to the practice website which you want to add your user.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Staff Login".

Click the dropdown arrow next to "Forms" on your menu bar.

Go to the form you'd like to check/update the notification email for, hover over it and click "Settings".

Click the dropdown arrow next to "Email Notification".

Within the "To" field you'll see the current email address assigned to be notified. In most cases this will be pre-set to your practices admin email. To update it click the field and enter the new email address.

You may also wish for an export of any form entries to be attached to acknowledgement email. The toggle of "Attach CSV export of entry to email" can be turned on to apply this setting at this point.

To finalise any changes you've made click "Update" in the top right corner of the page.

The system should then let you know that your settings have been updated.
