How to update your account details

To access and update your account information, click on ***account setup*** and select ***account***.

Updating your user details

Click on the ***pencil*** icon to access your ***user details***. Here, you have the option to edit/add a logo, your name, email address, phone number, skype information. You can add a description, countries visited and favourite destinations. You have the option to update your password in the personal details section as well. All you need to do is click on update password, add your new password in the pop up box, confirm the password and click update.
Note: The photo you uploaded in the image tab will now appear on the navigation pane next to your username.

Updating your company details

In ***company details***, add the specifics of your company, including the name, office location, additional information and important contact information. Below the branding section, add links to your ***social media*** pages, allowing your clients to open the pages directly from your iBrochure. Click here.
Note: Contacts added in the ***company details*** will be used internally by Wetu staff to communicate with you.

Creating and managing identities

To create an identity, click on ***identities*** and select the ***create identity*** button on the right-hand side of the screen. You will now be able to add the details of the company that would like to rebrand your iBrochure. Click ***save*** once all of the information was captured.

Adding documents

Click on ***Documents*** to upload any company documentation. Select the type of document you would like to upload and click on ***upload document*** to browse the files on your computer, then upload it.

Once you have loaded the document, you can change the name of the file and the visibility to: **Public**\ This will display all of your uploaded documents in your rebranded iBrochure that you send out to clients or that is linked to your Digital Itineraries. **Consultant** \ This will display your documents in your rebranded iBrochure if you are logged in, in the Consultant Portal and the Itinerary Builder\ \ **Consultant & Agent**\ This will display your documents in your rebranded iBrochure if you are logged in, in the Consultant Portal and the Itinerary Builder Click ***save*** when you're done
Note: You can rearrange the documents by using the ***actions*** button on the right-hand side.

Understanding reports

Click on ***reports*** to see the list of contacts you have shared information to via ***WetuShare***. This page stores information like the email address you sent the information to, the profile name you sent it from, if the files were downloaded and the date it was sent on.
