Log in to your client portal. Your home screen will show.

Click 'Files' on your dashboard on the left hand side.

This will present with all relevant folders/files.

Click 'Client Uploads' to open the folder.

On the right hand side, click 'Upload File'.

This will give you the option to drag & drop files.

Find the relevant files you wish to upload in your own desktop files. You can also upload all the documents in a ZIP folder so you only have to make one upload if you have multiple files.

Simply, drag & drop into the portal location.

Once documents have been added it will show as 'Queued'.

This will then show the upload as successful. Click 'finish'.

Your files will show in the correct folder on the portal.
