In the Pre-Employment module, click "Bulk Booking"

In the bulk booking window, click "Download Template" to download the Excel file.

Enter candidate details (all mandatory fields are marked with a \*) and save file.

Tip! All dates should be in the format yyyy-mm-dd!

Back in the platform, upload the edited file with the "click here" button.

Alert! Review the entered data and fix any errors reported by the system. In this example (1) error was found due to no data included in the preferred date field.

Once you have confirmed all data is correct, click "Next" to begin the import.

Your file is uploading, click "Finish" to exit the bulk uploads window.

When the upload is complete, you will receive an alert in "My Notifications" tab.
