To use the Chase Now feature, navigate to Receivables

In the Customer view, search for and select the relevant customer

From here, you can chase all outstanding invoices for the customer by clicking the Chase Now button at the top of the page.

Select the "Early Overdue - MULTI" option.

Before due - MULTI
Early Overdue - MULTI
Late Overdue - MULTI
Medium Overdue - MULTI
Final Reminder - MULTI
Thanks for paying - MULTI

If you choose to send the Chase Now by email, you will see a table of invoices to be chased in the email copy.

These can be a mix of overdue or not yet due, and you can choose the most appropriate template to send here.

Please note the 'i' icon beside the template selector. This is to warn you that there is a mix of before due and overdue invoices and that you should select an appropriate template.

You can manually edit the copy as required, by clicking into the subject and email body sections.

Standard and Enterprise subscribers can also chase now using other methods.

That is: SMS

And Letter.

Your SMS and Call credits will be used towards Chase Now's, and the usual charges will apply for Letters and any SMS or Calls sent outside of your included credits.

If you want to chase multiple invoices but not all, you can select invoices using the multi-select tool

To send a single invoice chaser, use the three dots on the side here

For single invoice chases, at the bottom of the screen you'll see the next scheduled chase and which method and template is due to be sent.

This can help you quickly choose an appropriate template and sending method, such as SMS or email.

With single invoice Chase Now's, you can choose to skip the next chase using the checkbox at the bottom of the window, and prevent your customer from being chased too regularly.

You can also Chase Now from the Invoices view.
