Open the file that needs to be saved into the repository or to be worked on in your staging folder.

Click on the "Printer" icon. or press CTRL + P on your keyboard.

Click on the dropdown and scroll until you find the Laserfiche Snapshot printer.

Choose Laserfiche Snapshot as your printer.

Chose which page of the document needs to be printed.

The Name field will display the file name of the document to be saved into the repository. You may change this if needed.

The Folder field, will display  the destination of the file where it will be saved in the repository.

A progress bar will appear to show the progress of the printing of the file.

Once done, you may go to Laserfiche and navigate your way through to the destination folder and open the file.

You may review or index the file as needed to store the document in the correct repository.

Click "Back" to return to the destination folder.
