Before using a voucher as a payment method, you will need to activate the connectivity for SimplyManageVouchers in the RoomRaccoon Marketplace in the platform.

Once activated, guests will be able to purchase vouchers to use as payment methods in your hotel booking engine and in your reservation.

Once you have activated SimplyManageVouchers, a new card will appear in the payment section of the reservation. Click the "Enter voucher code" field to enter the voucher code.

Voucher codes are paid for by guests, generated, distributed, managed and paid out to hoteliers via the SimplyManageVouchers platform.

Click "verify" to check the balance of the voucher.

If the code is invalid, the cell will be highlighted in red.

Click "Charge voucher" to charge the full amount registered to the voucher.

If the guest would only like to use a partial amount of their total balance, you can edit the amount in the next to 'verify'.
