As standard, we have created 3 default emails. You can edit and delete them accordingly. 

The default email and triggers are as followed;

**Booking Confirmation** - This confirmation email is triggered and sent when a 'New Booking' is created.

**Balance Reminder** - This email is triggered and sent 7 days before the event date. '. To edit this to a different time frame, click edit next to the 'WHEN' trigger and adjust. 

**Automated Review** - This email is triggered 7 days after the event date. To edit where you want the customer to review you, click 'Edit', add the link, and click Save.

To view, edit or delete the default automated emails set up for you, head to 'Workflow' from your dashboard

Here you can see the 3 templates that are set up as standard for you. The booking confirmation email, the balance reminder email and the review request email. To view them, click on the right-hand side and click 'Edit'.

Then you will click 'Edit' again, here...

The email template will then appear in the editor. Here you can edit or delete as you please. Be sure to click save once you are happy.
