Log into your event in the Swell dashboard.

Click "Transactions" from the left-hand menu.

Type "Pledge" in the search field to show only unfulfilled pledges.

Click the **envelope** icon to **send the pledge reminder email** to the donor.

You can also mark this pledge as fulfilled by clicking the edit icon here.

Click the **edit** **icon** to **open the Transactions Editor**.

Click the checkbox next to "Pledge Fulfilled?" to mark the pledge fulfilled.

Tip! You can leave yourself a note about this transaction (Example: check #3456) in the note field here before you save.
