Navigate to [https://be.safe365.co.nz/](https://be.safe365.co.nz/)

Scroll down on your Maturity Dashboard and Click the dot Change in the Graph.

Here you will see all the recent changes in the assessment. The changes in levels and who made the change in the system. To look further into the question Click the Element Name.

Tip! You can also filter out the Date Range in this Dashboard.
