Navigate to the website where overreporting is happening, use the Meta Pixel Helper extension to copy the Pixel ID (You can also use the AnyTrack Pixel Helper for this step).

From the Facebook Business Manager navigate to the Events Manager.

Paste the Pixel Id, find the pixel and select it.

From the Overview section, select an event to see more details, and determine if the events are coming from browser, server, or both. Don't close this tab and continue.

Now remove the AnyTrack Tracking Code from your website. We will determine if the pixel continues to measure events even without AnyTrack.

Return to the Data Sources tab from Step 5 and select the Test events tab.

Go to your website and generate some activity, like adding products to the cart and proceeding to checkout we are trying to trigger events.

Back in FB Test events, you will see if the events you just triggered were measured by the Meta Pixel. Since you have removed AnyTrack, no events should be measured. If events are measured, it indicates that there are active tracking apps, pixel or integrations other than AnyTrack sending data to the pixel.

Remove all previous tracking systems, pixels installed directly on your website, pixel apps and integrations until no events are detected. Only then insert the AnyTrack Tracking Code again on your website, knowing that no other system will send duplicates.
