Alert! In this example, Listing Documents are imported. The same concept also applies for Buyer Documents.

Locate the Transaction File & scroll to the bottom of page, and click Import Documents.

Select "Import Listing Documents" from dropdown menu.

Select which documents you would like to import from the listing file into the transaction file.

Alert! Only Listing/Buyer documents in **Done** status *can* be imported. 

Tip! Can select all or just specific ones.

Tip! The listing documents have been pulled in and will now appear in Done status at the bottom.
