Import Serial Archive Items in HME360

Importing Serial Archive Items will update the Serial Numbers that were brought over during the last sync. This is primarily used when new serial numbers are added in the ERP during the day and the products need to be tagged.

Navigate to <https://app.hme360.com/#/configuration> and click "Configuration"

Click "Serial Archive Import"

Click the down arrow and select location.

Click the "Select up to 5 ERP Item IDs" field. Start typing the ERP Item ID and matching IDs will populate in the list. Click desired product

Repeat Step 4 to add up to five products to be imported.

Click "IMPORT" when done

Click "Confirm" to begin import
