From your dashboard type 'import' into the Omnisearch bar

Click "Lead Engine > Bulk Import"

Click "Submit File" under the "Let Us Handle It" option

Before you begin make sure your import list is prepared and saved as a csv file ready to upload.

Click the "I Accept & Continue to the Import Request Form" field.

Click "Next"

Fill out all required fields to complete this form. Pay special attention to Lead Status and Deal Type as many automations in the system are dependent on the accuracy of those fields. **Note\*** If you are unfamiliar with Lead Status and Deal type, be sure to complete the "Add Manual Contact" Step to learn more about these fields.

Click "Submit Import File for Processing"

Excellent! Your import is in queue and will be fully processed within 48 hours
