Importing Data from PDF into Excel

    Open Excel

    Open Microsoft Excel and select a blank worksheet.
    Click "Data".
    Click the "Data" tab to get and transform data.
    Click "Get Data".
    On the "From File" menu click "From PDF".

    Select your PDF file.

    Importing data to Excel as a Table

    Excel will convert the content into tables. Select the one you need or the page if this is easier.
    There is a check box at the top if you need multiple pages. Once loaded you can manipulate the data prior to inserting.
    Click "Load".
    Your data will now be loaded in Excel as a table.
